Contact Us First

If you’re unsure if the goods are faulty please contact our service departments before sending the goods back. Our team may be able to resolve your issue without actually needing to bring the goods back to us.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you would like to change your mind and return an item. We allow returns within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, but please note that a restocking fee may apply.

We may accept returns of goods without incurring a restocking fee if the item(s) meet all the following criteria:

  • The product has not been opened
  • The product is not in large quantity (greater than 3 units)
  • The product value is less than $1,000
  • The product is returned within 6 business days of purchase

Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition and undamaged packaging including all inserts, pamphlets, CDs, manuals, cables and accessories.

All change of mind returns (even those within the above criteria) are subject to Techno Point's inspection & final approval. The final credit or refund provided will be based on the lesser value of either the original purchase price or current selling price.

We do not accept any change of mind returns of any opened and used products that may breach the health & safety regulations such as headsets, ear pieces and headphones.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved we will provide that money to you as soon as possible. Generally speaking we will always refund using the same payment method as the goods were originally paid for. In some circumstances this is not possible and in these circumstances Techno Point will provide a refund by bank transfer to an Australian bank account. Our commitment is to provide you with your refund within 7 days of the refund being approved, generally it occurs much quicker than that.
